When you install the software, the XAgent collection of text messages, contact lists, images, geo-data, and a list of installed applications, together with a list of software processes and status of the WiFi network.

This information is then compiled and sent to the server is managed by the pirates. The XAgent also able to turn the phone's microphone and record everything that goes around it.
